WebAwards Bestow Top Honors on Website Produced by Brilliant2 Studio 

Up-and-coming web company wins top honors for bank site design and development

Los Angeles, CA – September 17, 2009 - The Web Marketing Association’s WebAwards (http://www.webaward.org/winner.asp?eid=14031) has awarded Best of Industry honors to Citizens Business Bank (www.cbbank.com) for Outstanding Achievement in Web Development. The website was designed and developed by Brilliant2, an up-and-coming web software and design studio. 

The Brilliant2 designed-and-developed website was awarded Bank Standard of Excellence. Citizens Business Bank’s award-winning new website was launched in April 2009, and was included in the awards for the 2009 calendar year. 

The Web Marketing Association was founded in 1997 to help set a high standard for Internet marketing and development. Now in its 13th year, the WebAwards is the premier annual website award competition, naming the best websites in 96 industries.  

Tony Jessup, Brilliant2’s Co-Founder and Creative Director, said of the prestigious win: “Our goal was to set Citizen’s Business Bank apart from other bank websites. Detailed information architecture greatly improved the navigation structure, while design and development innovation allowed us to deliver information to visitors in a more interactive way. Additionally, the site is built utilizing CMS infrastructure, which allows the client to update the site quickly and independently. We are thrilled to receive this honor, and grateful for the consideration.”
